Twenty-five stages of #camminonaturaledeiparchi (nature walks in the parks) promoting this wonderful area.
In this first video, we will discover the first week of the #CNP, which will take us from the Eternal City to the Mountain of Rome, Monte Livata, for a total of 119 km.
From the Circus Maximus, we will walk through the Appia Antica Regional Park, along the Regina Viarum, where there will be no shortage of architectural surprises and wonderful views.
We will arrive at Lake Castel Gandolfo and continue on to discover the Castelli Romani Regional Nature Park, reaching Rocca di Papa and Palestrina.
The last two stages will take us to the Monti Simbruini Regional Nature Park, where we will visit Subiaco and its wonderful Benedictine monasteries, ending our journey at Monte Livata.
